Our Loan approved, we paid almost 3 years and the Natural Heritage of MA still had control over out land. I paid off the loan for Derrick so he could come home from Hawaii.

We were told we needed this Water Quality Certification because they told us we intended on discharging - Dredged materials into Cooley Brook. All discharge water, if any comes from Lot-3, all that water is discharged over a cliff, not connected to Cooley Brook. I wonder if this letter is even authentic.
