Our lot - 2, has a Cease and Desist from 10/2009 to 2011 allowing Kevin to complete his home. I am ordered to hire a Wetlands Scientist, by Natural Heritage. See the blue flags, "wetland delineation" . This water comes from the lot 3 - Aquifer. The wetland is filled in more here.

This is the Aquifer which was plugged up but it still feeds water to the drainage ditch. Water still pours out of the ground in heavy water events. Back in the previous photo, the blue flags were set out here because wetland species were obvious here next to the water supply. Kevin moves these flags so half are on lot 2 now. With the lot 2 Wetland Survey all recorded in Hampton County Deeds, all paid for, the contractor adds 4 more tri-axle loads of fill to his wetland. A 35 x 90 foot area is covered in to make more lawn.

All water exits here on Lot-3. Kevin kept his word, he dug a drainage ditch, rerouted all water, all pitched so it would drain the wetland. This water, seasonal flows, does not connect to a brook. It goes into our driveway below. No one person, no state worker should allow any Endangered Species Habitat or Wetland areas to be destroyed, moved, blasted for the development of a housing development.
