Chief Cameron of the DEP, approved, go ahead and build. He avoided "Wetlands" I arranged for the home prints to be updated. Applying for a Driveway Permit, the Town of Montgomery now requires a Building Permit before the Driveway.
My conversation with Cameron, you wanted that Water Quality report. No we didn't.
In order to complete a Town Driveway application, I asked what wetland do I violate?
Recorded in 2010, a Wetlands expert appeared at our site, there to delineate wetlands on Lot-3, and he was approved by the Fish and Game. He said I can do your property also, so I hired him.
When finished, under the direction of Natural Heritage, I was made to document the wetland by a "Certified Surveyor" and record it in the Hampton County Deeds. My next build would be set for 2018.
Getting ready to build a second time in 2017, I mowed the lawn to prepare, I would need room for my materials, parking and my build trailer. The house would be 100 feet behind my truck in the clearing.
My truck and tractor on the trailer as seen is in the wetland. I was told by the Town of Montgomery to cease all actions, I can't build, my land has issues, I mush hire a Wetlands Expert, she sugge
