Wetlands filled in

 Lot 4, on the hill is also being cleared when I arrived. It was sold, maybe managed. it had a wetland issue also. All Endangered Species disturbed. While I'm rebuilding our wall for my son, with just a 17,000 down payment, our loan wasn't approved. Lot-3 is about to start the driveway with the money from my down payment.

This foundation footing was in a muddy area. The mud was removed, dry dirt from Lot-2 replaced it. The footing sits on rock ledge. Next, Kevin needs a septic system.
