Montgomery's Assessors Map shows 2 lots with homes. There are 3 Lot's. Lot-2 is missing. The home built in 2018, Lot-1, is on the property line which is false.
The home's on both lots, 1 & 3 were not 100 feet from wetlands. There was no driveway permit on lot-3, I'm required to have one. There was also no building permit for the home on Lot-3 to my knowledge.

This map, by Levesque Associates, a 2012 map, is marked up for the Hale Environmental Assessment in 2018 and given to us in 2020. In 2018, Levesque clearly labels this pond, his work, a wetland. Full of cattails in 2017.

Same year as lot-1, 2018 Levesque is working lot 2, creating a new wetland, stalled the Hale build for 14 months. Lot-1 is completed in 2 months. Lot -2 now has a brand new wetland with no running water and no cat tails. I'm still unable to get a driveway approved by the Town of Montgomery. They now want a full building permit. I need Kevins approval. They can't tell me which wetlands to violate, mine or Levesques. I have covenants, Kevin charged $1,000 in 2018 for the Lot-1 home approval.
What's important about this Westfield Watershed Conservation Easement?
The Aquifer supplying water to the 2009 wetland - lot 3 is plugged up, rocks pounded in. Its location is in the road easement. Neither the town nor Kevin own the easement.
It's owner, a disabled person, heavy on drugs and on Social Security according to rumor. It's a Town road.
